Resistance bands marked "80" are a new type of BeBooty band with the same length in all variants: S, M and L. They differ only in resistance level.

The resistance band is a handy fitness tool for effectively working your thigh and arm muscles. Although it may not look like it at first glance, the exercises can really make you work hard. Simply slip your arms or legs through the band and use its resistance to make classic exercises, such as squats or side steps, more challenging. Thanks to the rubber anti-slip strips on the inside of the material, it stays in place throughout your workout.
