Returns
No problem. You have 30 days to try and return your items.
First, choose a return form
You can use either the online form or the standard PDF form.
Online form
Choose your order in your account, or enter your order number and checkout email without registering. Select the item and submit your return request. Keep the confirmation and include your order and request numbers in the parcel.
Complete the online formPrintable form
Complete the form on the second page, print it out and include it with the items you are returning. If you cannot print it, simply write the required information on a sheet of paper.

Complete either the online form or the printable form.
After submitting online, keep your confirmation. Include your order number and request number in the parcel; you can print the confirmation or write the numbers on a sheet of paper.
If you do not have a printer, write the same information on a sheet of paper.
Pack your items
Include the following in the parcel:
• the items you are returning,
• the completed form,
• the invoice or receipt – a copy is sufficient.
Seal the parcel securely to prevent damage during transit.

Important information
Return your items in person
You can also return the items in person at our pickup point at the address above. Please make sure you include a properly completed return form.
Would you like to exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer standard exchanges. Please return the unsuitable item to us and we will issue a refund to the bank account specified on your return form. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
