Extended version of our standard Resistance Band that expands your exercise variations.

The strength resistance band is a handy fitness tool for effective training of thigh and arm muscles. Even though it may not look like it at first glance, the exercises can be quite challenging. Simply loop it around your arms or legs and use its resistance to make classic routines, such as squats or side steps, more difficult. Thanks to the rubber anti-slip strips on the inner side of the material, it always stays in place during your workout.

Returns within 30 days
